- We offer a complimentary 15-minute phone consultation , call (832) 305-7956. This is your time and opportunity to ask questions about our rate and services and for us to learn about your unique needs.
- If we are a good match, we can schedule a 55-minute virtual or in-home assessment for a nominal fee. During this time, we will tour the space, take note of your challenges, and discuss any supplies we might need. We will provide a rough time estimate and rate for your project.
- If you like what you hear, we can get started with a time that is convenient for you. During the each session, we will help you declutter /downsize, find the right “homes” for your categories of items, containerize, label, and discuss maintenance strategies. We also impart organization tips, training, and wisdom if you would like to learn to be better organized! In addition, each session includes touches of beautifying according to your needs.
- Upon completion of your project, we will check in with you two weeks later to see how your new system is working. We want you to be delighted!

Every organizing situation is unique…yours will be too! How fast organizing is done depends on several things, such as:
- How quickly you make decisions
- the size of the project
- the focus of team effort from you and your family (if others are involved)
Some of our clients opt for by-the-session at an hourly rate. Others prefer a prepaid discounted package to tackle multiple or larger areas.:
- Hands-on organizing sessions are usually scheduled in 3.5 hour blocks starting at $69/hour.
- 10 hours commitment $650.00 i.e. $65.00/hr.! 20 hours commitment $1150.00 i.e. $57.50/hr.!! That’s a deal for a Professional Organizer to get your job done Swiftly!
- For bigger projects like packing or unpacking, a team of 3 (organizer and helpers) can tackle the project at $180.00 per hour.
Want us to shop for supplies or accessories for you?
If the organizer goes to buy supplies, his/her hourly rate applies and travel of more than 5 miles each way will be charged at $0.58/mile.
Privacy and Ethics:
Your privacy is important and follow the NAPO Code of ethics which states that we will not share your personal information. Based on your permission and approval, we will take photos before, during and after sessions.
